What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Popular
MOQ varies by product and manufacturer. Industrial equipment often has no MOQ (single unit), while consumables typically start at 10,000 โ€“ 100,000 units per SKU. We match your volume to factories whose MOQ fits your plan.

How long does the sourcing process take?
From first RFQ to shortlisted quotations: 3 โ€“ 7 business days. Factory sampling typically runs 2 โ€“ 3 weeks. Full production lead time depends on product โ€” 30 to 90 days is typical.

Can I visit the supplier in person?
Absolutely. We arrange factory visits, translation and ground transport for clients coming to Guangzhou, Shenzhen or Yiwu. Many clients combine this with the Canton Fair.

How is your pricing structured? Popular
We quote FOB, CFR or DDP with line-item breakdowns. Our service fee is transparent and flat-rate for sourcing projects, or a percentage on full turnkey engagements โ€” agreed upfront in writing.

What payment terms do you accept?
Standard industry terms: 30% deposit on PO, 70% before shipment. We accept bank wire (T/T), LC for large orders, and escrow through verified third parties. We do not accept payment to personal accounts.

Do you take commission from suppliers?
No. Our revenue is entirely from our client-side service fee. This keeps our interests aligned with yours โ€” we have no incentive to push a particular supplier.

How do you verify supplier quality? Popular
Every new supplier goes through a 12-point audit: business license verification, facility walk-through, capacity assessment, QC system review, sample testing and reference checks. We then monitor with pre-production, in-process and pre-shipment inspections.

Which certifications can you support?
CE, FDA, ISO 9001/13485/14001, GMP, cGMP, ASTM, UL, ETL, RoHS, REACH, EN standards. We help you specify what's required for your market and verify documentation authenticity.

What happens if goods arrive defective?
We negotiate warranty terms upfront with the supplier. Defective goods are replaced, repaired or refunded per the PO terms. We handle all supplier-side communication and claim documentation on your behalf.

Can you consolidate shipments from multiple suppliers? Popular
Yes โ€” this is one of our core services. We coordinate factory pickup, warehouse consolidation in Guangzhou, weight-and-volume optimization, and single-BL container loading. Typical savings: 10 โ€“ 20% vs shipping separately.

Do you handle customs and documentation?
On the China side โ€” yes, fully. We prepare commercial invoice, packing list, BL, certificate of origin, fumigation cert and any product-specific compliance docs. Destination-country clearance is typically handled by your local broker, though we coordinate directly if you prefer.

Yes โ€” full validation protocols (DQ, IQ, OQ) are provided with every piece of pharma equipment we supply, along with FAT and SAT reports.
